素敵な空間で、居心地よかったです。
筋膜リリースとマッサージをしていただきました。
筋膜リリースは痛くて揉み返しの強いイメージでしたが、全く痛みは感じることなく、機械をあててもらっている部分が気持ちいいくらいでした。
首のマッサージは、施術の好みを確認してくださり、不安の無いようにすすめていただけました。
とても気持ちよく、施術後、可動域が広がっていて、視界もスッキリしました。
